Sarah Ford is a pilates instructor who believes movement should feel empowering, supportive, and accessible to everyone. Her pilates journey began at 15 while training as a competitive dancer, and eventually led to her transition to teaching after a career in public relations and marketing. She holds a mat and reformer certification through Balanced Body.
Sarah loves creating classes where clients feel comfortable exploring movement and connecting with their bodies in a meaningful way. Whether someone is new to Pilates, returning to movement after time away, or an advanced practitioner, her goal is to help clients build strength, improve alignment, and develop greater awareness, control, and confidence.
Originally from the Midwest, Sarah has lived and practiced pilates across six states before making Albuquerque home. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Charlie.
