Trainings & certifications
Level 1 · Sound Healing
Learn to hold space with sound — bowls, tones and intention. Your foundation to lead a sound bath with confidence and care.
Level 2 · Sound Healing
Presence as a medium for sound — you are the instrument. A three-day immersive in Santa Fe with mandatory online pre and post sessions. Level 1 is the prerequisite.
BASI Pilates Training
Train in the BASI Pilates system with a Master Trainer — the classical apparatus, taught properly, for aspiring and practicing teachers.
GYROTONIC® Level 1 Apprentice Review Course
With Master Trainer Yannis Brunet. 8:30am–11:30am & 1:30pm–3:30pm daily. Prerequisite: successful completion of the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course.
