Yarrow Perea began her movement journey at just eight years old as a passionate flamenco dancer. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Flamenco Dance from the University of New Mexico, where she deepened her understanding of movement and the human body.
Looking for a way to stay in shape for dance, while exploring other interests, Yarrow was introduced to Pilates by her aunt, a seasoned trainer with over 30 years of experience. Pilates not only helped Yarrow maintain her physical conditioning but also taught her effective methods for preventing and recovering from injuries.
Inspired by the transformative power of Pilates, Yarrow set out to share the healing and strengthening magic of Pilates with others. She has taught Pilates in both Joshua Tree, California, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, where her focus has always been on helping individuals feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. With a dedication to creating a safe and inclusive space, Yarrow enjoys working with people of all body types and abilities, empowering her clients to achieve their personal wellness goals.
Whether through dance or Pilates, Yarrow's mission remains the same: to help others discover the joy and strength that comes from mindful movement.
