With a deep passion for health and fitness, Aaron has spent years exploring movement, breath, and mindfulness. His journey began in martial arts, where he trained for 12 years and spent eight years teaching. But it was yoga that truly transformed his approach to mind-body connection. Initially drawn to yoga for its flexibility and mobility benefits, he soon fell in love with the breathwork and meditative aspects that bring balance and clarity to both body and mind.
Aaron holds degrees in both Sports Science and Nursing, giving him a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and holistic wellness. His dedication to yoga led him to immerse himself in workshops and classes before completing his Yoga Teacher Training abroad in Thailand. His teaching style is dynamic and well-rounded, incorporating strength, play, breathwork, and self-exploration. He believes in making yoga both powerful and playful, encouraging students to push boundaries while staying connected to their breath and inner calm.
Rooted in a strong Hatha foundation, his yoga practice blends strength, control, and intentional movement. Aaron also holds a Yin certification and deeply appreciates the stillness and surrender that comes with a slower, meditative practice. This balance between power and softness shapes his teaching, creating space for both challenge and deep rest.
Beyond the mat, Aaron is an avid rock climber, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and runner—always seeking new ways to move, grow, and embrace the joy of being a kid at heart.
