Level 1: Sound Healing Training

This two-day immersive workshop and certification is an invitation to deepen your relationship with yourself and the world of sound through the practice of attunement.
We’ll use the body, sound, and connection with others as our guide as you learn to listen more deeply and lead from presence. This is an experiential training. Students will receive a lot of hands-on practice with four planetary-tuned gongs, crystal bowls, water instruments, and chimes as we begin to notice how sound interacts with our body.
Participants are welcome to join for the Saturday foundations workshop, or stay through Sunday to receive certification and leave feeling ready to guide others through sound.
About Your Teacher
Danielle has been leading sound baths since 2017 and teaching sound healing trainings for the past four years, supporting over 250 students in bringing this work into their communities. She believes presence and your ability to attune to yourself and the room is what makes a sound bath masterful. Her trainings include extensive hands-on practice leading and playing instruments, so students build real confidence to play for themselves and others.
Saturday, April 18 I Day 1
10:00am–7:00pm
Through experiential activities, discover how your body can serve as a guide, perceiving sensation through sound and your environment.
You’ll be introduced to instruments such as crystal bowls and gongs, with hands-on practice playing and plenty of opportunities for receiving sound healing.

Sunday, April 19 I Day 2
10:00am–6:00pm
For those wishing to advance their practice, Day 2 offers a deeper dive with instruments and essential facilitation skills, culminating in becoming a certified sound practitioner. Refine your learning through dedicated practice time, playing instruments, building sequences to guide others through, and practicing essential facilitation techniques.
By the end of Day 2, participants will guide others through a sound bath, assist in a public sound bath for The Movement Temple community, and receive a sound healing certification that counts toward Yoga Alliance continuing education.
