Ania blends her background in nursing with her current work as a PhD student in biomedical sciences to create an evidence-informed and heart-centered approach to movement. Her yoga trapeze classes focus on cultivating strength, flexibility, and awareness while using breath and alignment to guide each practice. Drawing from both science and intuition, Ania offers a supportive and restorative space where students can reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and explore the empowering balance between grounded stability and fluid motion.
